What A Duck!


I wanted to give you a sneak peak into the infamous Peking Duck as it dawned on me that it would make a wonderful Mother’s Day feast. I had touched upon it briefly in an earlier post mentioning that our chefs take the utmost care to source the best ducks they can find.
