With only eight weeks to Christmas, and the time passing so quickly –we want to make sure that you enjoy the time before the big holiday. It’s a common feeling that Christmas comes and goes in a blink of an eye and we wonder whether we’ve made the best use of the time before the bustling week in late December. The excitement of Christmas can be all consuming with shopping for presents, traffic jams and other events that leave us preoccupied. We can however remind ourselves that we can make time for ourselves – to renew, to think about the new year and what it means for us.
This Christmas we have done away with set menus, and we’re trying something fun and new. Something along the lines of an impromptu, light hearted and no big expectation. It’s creative and simple and can be enjoyed anytime in the next eight weeks here at Naturally Chinese. We understand that life gets busy this time of year, and we need to structure things in order to get most of our goals accomplished in time for the Christmas holidays. So while you are making plans and looking for a break in between, here are two of our Christmas specials aimed to delight and fortify your spirits for the upcoming winter season:
Sea bass and pine nuts with a sweet and spicy glaze.
Lamb shanks in a succulent gravy of five spice herbs.
Enjoy them with a selection of our delectable wines. It’ll make a delightful holiday season supper.
