I’m very grateful for the experience of running a restaurant and bringing to fruition what was a straightforward idea of serving good, allergy-free food to the community. It wasn’t initially a career choice, but more of a gut instinct, an on-the-spot decision; and what an adventure it has been! As I come to the close of my 2017, I am reassured that I couldn’t have done it without the support of your patronage, the skills and wisdom of those who served in the last 5 years at Naturally Chinese.
Your kindness and constructive feedback is dearly appreciated, and I welcome you to continue to make suggestions on how we can improve our service, our menu, as well as the dining experience. Last but not least –my team whose commitment inspite of train strikes, machinery breakdown or unpredictable weather conditions, still showed up and kept for a smooth workflow. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work.
