While the cold is upon us and we can’t get enough of the warmth of good comforting food, our chefs are excitedly plugging away at a new menu revision for the new year. We want to streamline our menu to offer the dishes you love while at the same time, we want to make sure that we are continuously working to better them to perfection. We’ve noticed that our number one best seller that has stood the test of time is the crystal prawn dumpling: the hottest dumpling of all. The dish is the most versatile and pairs with any other dish on the menu, serving as a tantalizing appetizer to an afternoon lunch bite even. You can complement it with tea or even a glass of bubbly.
As we work on streamlining our menu choices, there will be some less popular dishes that will no longer be available from the new year. These include noodle rolls, cheung fun, taro croquets, egg tarts, minced pork croquets.
