We all know that “love” is a broad word that can be taken in many contexts depending on how the situation and circumstances play out. In some countries the tradition of Valentine’s Day is that of cherishing friends and loved ones, in addition to being celebrated as a toast to romantic love. I imagine that there are often mixed feelings on this day as there are those who feel they have more of a reason to celebrate than others.

For those who are single at this time, this is a perfect opportunity to be with close friends, look forward to the coming of Spring and bring some warmth to celebrate the close of winter. The one that excites me the most is the gift of friendship and bonding which is a privilege that requires nurturing and care, never to be taken for granted. At Naturally Chinese, we want you to have the choice to toast to all these if you please. The celebration we have runs through the weekend. (10th to the 13th of February, as we will be closed on the 14th)

A delectable menu awaits with an array of heart warming dishes and fine wines or champagne. Whether a party of two or more, let us set the scene. To make a reservation, call us at 020 8399 5533 or email us at hello@naturallychineserestaurant.co.uk

In the words of Albert Einstein:

“however rare true love may be, it is less so than true friendship”

Have a happy Valentine’s Weekend everyone.
