Yes, ’tis the season of giving and with all the hustle and bustle of getting things together for the big day, I realise how overwhelming it can get, you know……waiting in the shopping line, sitting in traffic, hiding presents in unsuspecting places, etc. And then I remember to tell myself that it’s time to take a breather and celebrate the days leading upto Christmas whether with the whole family or even just myself.
This is why I planned for the protein fill menu. A “feel good” comfort list of dishes designed to keep one energised, replenish the reserves, yet at the same time feel celebratory. It contains a good mix of succulent meats, seafood, vegetables, light and spiced sauces for a warm boost in the midst of this cold wave we are having. And comes with a complementary white or red house wine. Sounds good? Here’s a look at the menu.
We will be closed on the 24th and 25th of December, and resume back on the 26th of December. But our special”feel good” menu will be on all through the Christmas week and into the New Year ending on 5th of January 2015. Happy tree trimming, carol singing and more. Here’s a look at some holiday inspiration you might like.
