We’ve just finished putting the last touches on our holiday season postcard before they go out. It’s that time of the year already. It has been a fantastic summer, moving into Autumn. Only the other day I stepped out of the house feeling that burst of cold wind and taking comfort in the excitement of the Christmas season soon approaching.
In the midst of designing a new look for our website, to reworking the new menu which I must say, am very happy with; planning a smooth sailing holiday season is most crucial this time of the year. We’ve been making amazing progress with party bookings and specially tailored menus for these, which my team has been enthusiastically working on delivering. It made me think of a certain kind of celebration that for a business owner could be one of the most important.
I’ve come to understand that no matter what the situation may be, everyone working within an organisation hopes to be recognised for their achievements, and if they weren’t so keen to begin with, then a celebration in gratitude of their presence and contribution no matter how small can increase their well being within the company.
If you are thinking of a way to get your team to bond and build stronger relationships, then a relaxed atmosphere for robust excitement and good cheer might be your solution. With our private dining room suitable to accommodate up to 35 guests, there is plenty of room to be creative.
