Mixed Vegetable Medley

One of our favourite vegetarian options on the menu is our mixed vegetable. Doused in a light oil, this medley of pak choi, beansprouts, water chestnuts and carrots make a delicious accompaniment to any meal, lunch or dinner. This is our equivalent of a cole slaw or a potato salad on the side. Also filled with nutrients, it adds to a balance in the meal on the whole.

In our specially designed four course set menus, the mixed vegetable medley is a key dish:

includes: tasting platter; classic crispy aromatic duck; pan-fried pork cutlets in honey and peppercorn sauce; crispy shredded beef in chilli sauce; mixed vegetables; king prawns with asparagus and cashew nuts; rice fried with egg; dessert (special of the day).

includes: tasting platter; chicken and sweetcorn soup; pork in sweet and sour sauce; beef and sweet peppers in black bean sauce; mixed vegetables; rice fried with egg; dessert (special of the day).

tasty detox four course “feel good” menu (for 1 or more)
includes: raw vegetable salad; vegetable spring rolls; pan-fried tofu seasoned with salt and chilli; tofu and vegetable soup; stir-fried french beans in chilli sauce; stir-fried mixed vegetables in garlic sauce steamed rice; dessert (special of the day).
