On a recent trip to Japan, I visited a nature farming plot that implemented some innovative techniques. The most awaited weekend of May is here with the Surbiton food festival happening at St. Andrew's Square, Surbiton. The weather is shaping up to show sunny skies and warm weather. From the line up of food stalls and local producers displaying their wares, there will be plenty to keep you entertained. Naturally Chinese will have some of the best selling dim sum faves to choose from. It's the first of May and what a beautiful afternoon it's been today with the gift of warmth and sunshine. Good to see everyone taking advantage of the sun.
