I wanted to give you a sneak peak into the infamous Peking Duck as it dawned on me that it would make a wonderful Mother’s Day feast. As part of the spirit of Women's Day celebrations, I wanted to follow the tradition of acknowledging women in the fashion of some countries like Italy and Russia.
