a word of thanks

I'm very grateful for the experience of running a restaurant and bringing to fruition what was a straightforward idea of serving good, allergy-free food to the community. It wasn't initially a career choice, but more of a gut instinct, an on-the-spot decision; and what an adventure it has been!
